Training

Training is the first step in post installation support.  Confidence is a must and MACH4 offer many levels of training and all are tailored to your staff needs and limits. With SuperUsers, TroubleShooters, Basic Users and the specialised training for those “out of the ordinary” circumstances - we have everything covered.  Various manuals are provided for all staff and quick guides show all functions – step by step.  Specific logins restrict users accordingly and full audit trails are available giving you complete control.

Our Training Manager designs a training plan to your needs and spends time with you and your staff until you are confident and competent. Within weeks you will be lost without it!
