HSD®
The HSD® is a secure storage unit with computer controlled drawers designed for automating medicine’s dispensing. Each basic module contains up to 8 drawers with up to 48 compartments per drawer.
The HSD® is a user-friendly system which aims to:
• Improve the security of medicines
• Improve traceability of dispensed medicines
• Improve stock handling and stock control – each stock movement is logged and traceable.
• Give accurate financial information on the stocks held within the HSD®.
As ever, MACH4 pride themselves on versatility and the HSD® is also modular, optional features can be added to the basic module to enable increased storage of bottles and/or medical devices, or the management of refrigerated items. The number of drawers and compartments are to your choice!
Offering complete drug control, the HSD® allows management of stock control and deliveries with audit trails. Staff must log on for access to any medicine and all transactions are stored on the system so as to provide a complete audit trail of each transaction together with real-time information on prescription dispensing to patients.
