Space Saving:

If you have a smaller area to work with, this automated loading module is your answer. It is an enclosed system with a small footprint that presents packs to the MEDIMAT® for scanning and storage.

Error proof:

The FILL-IN-BOX® is MACH4’s automated hopper filling system. Packs are tipped into the hopper. The internal conveyors move forward in order for the packs to be fed into the MEDIMAT® for scanning. The FILL-IN-BOX® works independently of the MEDIMAT® and SPEEDBOX® and does not effect output speeds of either of these whilst it is sorting and scanning packs. The MEDIMAT® robot is required at the scanning stage before loading in.
