Increase input capacity and release staff time with MACH4's FILL-IN-BOX®.

 

Time Saving:

To minimise staff time on deliveries, MACH4 offers the FILL-IN-BOX® - this is a fully automated loading in system. The FILL-IN-BOX® requires minimal staff time to tip packs onto the bench height conveyor belt. 

 

Space Saving:

If you have a smaller area to work with, this automated loading module is your answer. It is an enclosed system with a small footprint that presents packs to the MEDIMAT® for scanning and storage.

 

Error proof:

The FILL-IN-BOX® is MACH4’s automated hopper filling system. Packs are tipped into the hopper. The internal conveyors move forward in order for the packs to be fed into the MEDIMAT® for scanning. The FILL-IN-BOX® works independently of the MEDIMAT® and SPEEDBOX® and does not affect output speeds of either of these whilst it is sorting and scanning packs.  Additional conveyors can be added to the system to enable more packs to be left for overnight filling. 

 

Unsupervised and safe   

Once the pharmacy is closed the loading in options offered by MACH4 allow the system to continue loading without supervision.
